Secure access for utility operators
Organizational email: Sign up with your utility or organization work email (e.g. you@yourutility.com). Personal addresses like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and Outlook.com are not accepted.
Email verification: Required after sign-up — we send a one-time code to confirm your address.
Mandatory MFA: All users must enroll an authenticator app. Grid data and maps require a valid 6-digit TOTP code on every sign-in.
